The first Huey’s 24/7 Diner was established in New Orleans in June of 2003. The goal in its creation was to provide a classic American dining experience with a traditional New Orleans flare. Its offering of thick juicy burgers and fries next to house specialties like our Scrumptious Shrimp Etouffee and spicy jambalaya quickly made Huey’s a huge hit in a very competitive market.
